SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

Your enrollment grants access for 12 months only. If you want to continue, re-entry is available. Access is not lifetime. 

By enrolling in Empress Academy, you (the student) agree to the following terms, which serve as a sacred container and energetic agreement between you and Ethereal Girl, LLC.

By enrolling in Empress Academy, you agree to a 12-month container of transformation, billed monthly at $197/m for twelve consecutive months. This is a monthly 12-month commitment and does not auto-renew beyond the twelve months. Should you wish to continue after the twelve-month experience, you can rejoin for a new cycle. 

 

No Refunds / No Chargebacks

Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to course materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this is a non-refundable investment in your feminine embodiment, energetic refinement, and personal transformation.

You further agree to waive your right to initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment processor. Any attempt to dispute or reverse charges will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate removal from the program and pursuit of all available remedies.
